We place items into the rooms you specify and can include packing, materials and basic furniture dismantling or reassembly if requested. We also handle simple disconnection of some appliances if safe to do so, though specialist items may require a qualified engineer. Your written quote will list all services included, so you know exactly what to expect on moving day.

What is the difference between your removals service and a basic man-and-van?

While we can handle smaller moves, our service is structured as a professional removals operation rather than a casual man-and-van. That means planned surveys, clear quotes, appropriate insurance, trained staff and proper equipment. We assess access, protect your property, and allocate the right size vehicle and team. A basic man-and-van may be cheaper initially but often does not include the same level of planning, protection or cover, which can increase the risk of delays or damage during your move.

How far in advance should I book my Aldersbrook removal?

Ideally, you should book as soon as you have a confirmed moving date, particularly if you are moving on a Friday, weekend or at the end of the month, when demand is highest.
